Bell Rogue motorcycle helmet preview

Bell Rogue

Is it an open-face motorcycle helmet, is it a full-face helmet, is it something they wear on the Death Star?

It’s Bell’s latest helmet, the Rogue ($289.95), and it’s about to hit the shelves of Aussie bike shops.

Bell re-entered the Australian market late last year after an 18-year hiatus and has quickly become a popular brand with its competitive prices and high quality.

I now have three Custom 500 motorcycle helmets because I love the different paintjobs and they look so damn cool.

Now comes an even cooler-looking helmet featuring a half-lid design with an injection-moulded soft neoprene/rubber blend neck roll and ear guard, and an adjustable and quickly removable muzzle.

It’s something like the old motocross helmets we used to wear with the plastic mouth guard.

You can wear it with or without the muzzle which features a removable and washable liner like the interior of the helmet.

The muzzle is connected by a magnetic “FidLock” which makes it easy to clip on and off.

Like all Bell motorcycle helmets it has recesses over the ears so you can comfortably fit speakers for your Bluetooth kit.

The shell is made of lightweight composite and it comes with a five-year warranty in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and XXL, and in gloss black, matte black, matte gun metal and matte green.
