Rally supports spinal unit

You can have a great ride, catch some trout and support the Royal Rehabilitation Hospital spinal unit by attending the 31st annual Thunder Rally next month.
This year’s rally on October 25/26/27 will again be held at the Sheba Dams Recreation Area at Nundle, which is 40km south of Tamworth.
That means you can ride the famous Thunderbolts Way and/or Oxley Highway and call in at the motorcycle museum at Tamworth.
Also, take your fold-up fishing rod, because there is great trout fishing at the dam.
Organisers say they have “solid” raffle prizes, including vouchers for bike gear.
Over the past three decades more than 9000 riders have attended the rally and ridden more than 8 million kilometres.
The rally is hosted by the Ducati Club of NSW but all bikes and riders are welcome.
However, if you can’t attend and still want to support the cause, there is a “non-attendance option” where you get a badge, cap and neck buff.
